He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Necaise and Luevaley Necaise; his wife Willie Mae; his sisters, Fern Garriga and Lindy Archer; his children, Billy Ray Hill and Tina Necaise; and his granddaughter LaShae Necaise.
He is survived by: his brother Gary Necaise; his children, Darlene Hill Helton (Phil), Tammy Cuevas (Berry), Donnie Wayne Necaise and Russel Necaise (Susan); and his grandchildren, Ashley McGill (David), Cammie Garriga (Derek), Alissa Necaise, Jessica Fountain, Kerry Cuevas (Nathaniel), Raven Necaise, Jacob Necaise, Dustin Necaise, Summer Jeansonne (Tony), Tristan Lee and Dawson Necaise.
