She is survived by: her husband Carl Smith; her sons, Carl Jason "Bo" Smith (Emily) and Horace Bradley "Brad" Smith (Nicole); her grandchildren, Jason Anthony Smith, Laylah Rose Smith and Carley Jo Smith; and her sister Ruby Burns. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
