She was predeceased by: her parents, JC Roberts and Lillian Roberts; her husband William Hester; and her sister Mary Joyce Dickson (Bob Pete Dickson). She is survived by: her sons, Bill Hester (Dawn) and Kevin Hester (Tanya); her brother Ricky Roberts (Karen); her grandchildren, Trey Hester (Britny), Chande Hester Caballero (Scott), Makaylee Hester and Makenzie Hester; and her great grandchildren, Brianna Beddingfield (Nick), Ezra Hester, Rowan Caballero and Ella Caballero.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lakewood Funeral Home (6011 Clinton Blvd, Jackson, MS 39209).
