He is survived by: his parents, Don Foy and Patty Foy; his wife Rosana Bean Foy; his children, Emmalyn (Eddie McCurdy), Jonathan (Hannah Foy), Benjamin Foy (Carolyn), Cory Foy and Lily Foy; and his granddaughter Judith Foy.
