He is survived by: his sons, Gary Lee Mullins (Jamie), Jerry Joe Mullins and Jeremy Chad Mullins; and his grandchildren, Angel Mullins Rector (Drew), Gracelynn Mullins, Jacob Mullins, Gary Mullins, II and Ginger Mullins.
