He is survived by: his wife Gay Gipson; his children, Lisa Runnels (Jeremy), Jamie Grantham and Montana McNair; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Annabelle, Judith, Beau, Liam, Luke, Layla and Forrest. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws.
