He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Lee Felts, Sr. and Mildred Agusta Richardson Felts; and his siblings, Eloise Herrington, Shelby Guzzetti, L. G. "Sonny" Felts, Rev. George Felts and Jeffrey "Dottie" Felts.
He is survived by: his wife Nelda Kay Moore Felts; his daughters, Melanie Felts Steele and Holly Felts Owens; his siblings, Diane Thompson (Charles Ray) and Hollis Lee Felts, Jr.; his grandchildren, Anna Regan Maines (Aaron), Max Owens, Miles Owens, Carrie Steele Brown (Landon) and Carlie Steele Hendrick (Jimmy Dale); and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Maines, Millie Jane Maines, James Gunner Hendrick and Lainey Ray Hendrick. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
