He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Tolbert and Zeola Reeves Tolbert; and his wife Linda Tolbert. He is survived by: his children, Christine Bojar (Daniel) and Jon Tolbert (Christina); his grandchildren, Cadence, Cody Ander, Michael and Katie Tolbert; his brothers, Elbert Tolbert and Telton Tolbert; and his pet Shorty.
