He is survived by: his children, Craig Berthold (Cynthia) of New Orleans, Louisiana, Robert Berthold (Sherri) of Slidell, Louisiana, Angele Reid (Patrick) of Beaumont and Anne Marie Parker (Victor) of Carriere, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Kristin (Perry), Sean Patrick, Hunter and Samantha; and his great grandchildren, Parker, Walker and Weston.
