He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Nathan Whatley and Gay Sullivan. He is survived by: his parents, Samuel Ware (Hannah Ware) and Nathan James Ware; his grandparents, James "Scooter", Shae Mullinax and Amy Sullivan; his great-grandparents, Teresa Wing (Mark), Johnny, Sara Mullinax and Keith Sullivan (Mary); his aunts and uncles, J. J. Mullinax, Audrey Grace Mullinax, CJ Smith, Ami and Dustin Turnage; and his cousins, Rhett and Hudson Jones.
A special note from the family: Oliver's twin-brother is in the NICU at Wiser Hospital for Women and Infants – UMMC for the foreseeable future and because of this the family is asking, in-lieu of flowers, to donate towards travel expenses for Hannah and Sam.
