He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilburn Bullard and Essenia Vines Bullard; and his brothers, Bill Bullard, Edward Bullard, John Bullard and Eugene Bullard.

He is survived by : his children, Ashley Bullard of Grenada and Eric Bullard (Hayley) of Phoenix, AZ; his stepson Rob Jones of Grenada; and his siblings, Cindy Bullard of Black Hawk, Jackie Deweerdt of Carrollton, Catherine Pinter of Sumiton, AL and Lester Bullard (Lynn) of Grenada. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
