It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Leslie Johns (Pearl, Mississippi), who passed away on May 27, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Merle Lee Lindsey Johns; his wife Carolyn Johns; his siblings, Tom, Jim, Don Johns and Jacqueline Johns; and his son-in-law Chris Smith.
He is survived by: his father Jack Charles Johns; his children, Jennifer Smith, Jan Acy (Gareth), Morgan Johns (LaNell) and Leslie Johns (Helen); and his siblings, Andy Johns and Ione O'Neill. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home (3780 US-80, Pearl, MS 39208).
