He was predeceased by: his parents, Q. T. Mooneyham, Sr. and Maggie Teague Mooneyham; and his siblings, Butch Mooneyham, Ellis Mooneyham, Q. T. Mooneyham, Jr., Howard Mooneyham, Sue Stewart and Melissa Mooneyham.
He is survived by: his sister Darlene Cross (John) of Pelahatchie, MS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Floral Hills Memory Gardens (4111 US-80, Pearl, MS 39208).
