She was predeceased by : her parents, June Katherine Brooks Vines and Bill R. Trout; her brothers, Robert Vines and Malcolm Vines; and her husband Richard L. Ard.

She is survived by : her children, Donald Richard Ard (Amanda) and Michelle Grice (Steve); her grandchildren, Madison Ard, Cody Grice (Tiffany), Dalton Ard and Hunter Grice; her great grandchild Aubrey Ella Ard; and her siblings, Woodrow Vines and Lola Kay Fields.
