He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Warren and Bonnie Jean Miller; and his brothers, Bobby Joe Miller, Richard Miller and Chuck Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Miller; and his children, Paula Gilmer, Kevin Miller (Audrey) and Staci Bartley (Bruce). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
