He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clement and Mary Lois Walley; his siblings, Myrna Rawlinson, Phyllis Stinson and William Randolph Walley; and his stepdaughter Melanie Steele Rushing.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hilton; his son Kevin Lee Walley (Melissa); his siblings, Mickey René Walley (Nancy) and Annie Sue Lynch (Charles); his granddaughter Haley Nicole Walley; and his stepdaughter Frances Ely (Tom). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and step-grandchildren.
