She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. W. E. Bass and Willie B. Bass; her husband Sidney Aaron Smith; and her brother David Bass. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Cody Smith (Kristen), Dane Ferguson, Austin Smith (Annalea), Bailey Smith (Carr) and McKenzie Ferguson (CJ); her great grandchildren, Avery Lum, Paisley, Cade Smith, Lela Smith and Lake Jones; her sister Marsha Chambers (Randy) of Lena; her nieces and nephews, Will, Charley, Ellis, Tambra, Tanya, Pam and Vicky; and her great-niece Abby.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that Bibles be donated in memory of Patricia Smith.
