It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Travis Ray Hamilton of Pelahatchie, Mississippi, who passed away on April 26, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Posey Hamilton and Lona Phillips Hamilton; and his siblings, Burl Hamilton, Junior Hamilton and Estelle Smith.

He is survived by : his wife Margaret Hamilton of Pelahatchie; his children, Mickey Hamilton (Monique) of Pelahatchie and Beth Wolverton (Tim) of Pelahatchie; his grandchildren, Misty Edwards (Brian), Heather Holmes, Bryan Hamilton (Meghin), Walter Hamilton, Alex Davis, Adam Wolverton and Abbi Walters (Cass); and his children, Camden, Kyndal, Dawson, Maddie, Michael, Maddox and Jack. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cross Roads Baptist Church (104 Crossroads Rd, Pelahatchie, MS 39145). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his honor to Cross Roads Baptist Church.
