He is survived by: his wife Jean Letson Knight of Wiggins; his daughters, Denise DeVaughn (George) of Wiggins, Dianna Williams (Charles, Jr.) of Wiggins and Angela Givens (Stephen) of Wiggins; his grandchildren, Caleb DeVaughn of Wiggins, Lexie Bond (Garrett) of Wiggins, Paige Henske (Arthur) of Perkinston, Ethan Givens (Moiyah) of Ocean Springs, Clara Farmer (Dexter) of Hattiesburg, Brent DeVaughn (Amy) of Wiggins, Barbara Jean Williams (Dustin) of McHenry and Jesse Williams of Wiggins; his great grandchildren, Caden DeVaughn, LeighAnna DeVaughn, Beau Henske, Allyson Henske, Blake Farmer, Madilyn Farmer, Sylveigh Bond, Chase Givens and Chance Givens; and his sister Sheila Overstreet (Wayne).
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Paramount Baptist Church (63 Paramount Church Rd, Perkinston, MS 39573). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
