It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Overton Myers of Petal, Mississippi, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George Lawrence and Lucille Baldwin Overton; and her siblings, Nell Overton, James and Jerry Overton.

She is survived by : her brother William Overton; her children, Beth Bell (Alan), Donna Myers, Chris Dorton and Ashley Ryan (Erin); and her grandsons, Nathan and Ryan Knight.
