She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gay and Mary Nell Gay; her uncles, Fairley Gay and Howard Gay; and her sister Jerry Lynn Gay.

She is survived by: her husband Donald Lott; her daughter Jennifer Elizabeth Ezelle (Hunter); her grandchildren, River Cecil Ezelle and Eden Jane Ezelle; her brother John Jeff Gay (Wendy); and her sister-in-law Brenda Joyce Walker (Billy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Parkinson's disease research.
