With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clifford Ward of Petal, Mississippi, who passed away on July 15, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Clifford leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Ann Ward and Clifford Ward, Sr.; his stepmother Lucille Ward; and his brothers, Charles Ward and John Ward.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald Ward, Jackson Ward and Bonnie White. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts and uncles.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Moore Funeral Service - Petal (789 E Central Ave, Petal, MS 39465). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at the Highland Cemetery (3401 W 7th St, Hattiesburg, MS 39401).
