She was predeceased by: her husband Buddy Owens; her son Ricky Owens; and her mother Myrtle Parrett. She is survived by: her children, Angela Darlene Owens, Thomas Michael Owens, Steven Dale Owens and Stephanie Taylor Swan; and her grandchildren, Hunter Owens, Britleigh Williams and Zac Owens. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Service - Petal (789 E Central Ave, Petal, MS 39465). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pleasant Home Cemetery.
