Frances Steele Williams Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Steele Williams of Petal, Mississippi, who passed away on March 1, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Webster "Web" Williams; her granddaughters, Hannah Reynolds and Currie Reynolds; and her siblings, Laverne Vinson and Jimmy Steele.

She is survived by: her children, Neil Williams (Teresa), Anita Pendarvis (Cliff) and Wanda Reynolds (Gary); her grandchildren, Jay Folks (Shauna), Lauren Palmer (Clay), Lindy McCormick (Kevin), Brent Burley (Leslie), Blake Burley (Casie) and Hayden Pendarvis; and her siblings, Ed Steele and Grace Johnson. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Petal Harvey Baptist Church Together Program.
