He is survived by: his wife Belinda Thornton of Ellisville; his children, Stacey Sims (Michael) of Laurel, Lacy Parker (Wilson) of Moselle, Casey Holliman (Bobby) of Ovett, Tracy Thornton of Moselle and Dustin Clark of Ovett; and his siblings, Danny Thornton of Moselle, Doug Thornton of Petal, Katy Wilson of Tuscaloosa, AL, Bobbie McKrainey of Bendale, Lillian Smith, Myrel Thrash of Seminary and Barbara Farrell of Meridian. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
