Boutwell and Allie Mahaffey Boutwell; his son Matthew Boutwell; and his siblings, Burnell Boutwell of Sidney, Edgar Boutwell, Chancy Boutwell Jr., Don Boutwell, Lonnie Boutwell, Glen Boutwell, Bernice Welch, Maxine Meadows, Linda Boutwell, Edna Barber and Annette Mapp.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Kittrell Boutwell; his children, Marc Boutwell (Dawn) of Oxford, Monty Boutwell (Brandi) of Sumrall and Karyn Byrd (Joey) of Petal; his grandchildren, Laken Boutwell Pierce (Nathan), Joshua Gibbs (Heather), Katey Curry (Tucker), Chancey "Pepper" Boutwell, Brennan Boutwell (Lakyn), Breanna Byrd, Caleb Boutwell (Lindsey), Allie Boutwell, Ella Grace Boutwell, Harlee Grace, Levi Pierce, Wyatt Gibbs, Bentley, Maddie, Emma Kate Morgan, Caroline Curry, Walker, Grayson and Levi Boutwell; and his siblings, Garland Boutwell (Marilyn), Peggy Hembree, Barbara Moorehead (Doug) and Clara Garrard (Carl). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Asbury Hospice House in Hattiesburg.
