She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Rushing and Annie Rushing; and her brother Wesley Rushing. She is survived by : her siblings, Don Rushing (Glenda) of Powell, WY, Margaret Perkins (Ken) of Flowood, MS and Shirley Clark of Petal, MS. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Petal-Harvey Baptist Church Forward Fund.
