He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Moore and Lillian Moore; and his siblings, Thomas Ray Moore, Elaine Taylor and Linda Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Martha White Moore; his daughters, Pam Moore Tracy (John) and Amy Moore Ainsworth (Jason); and his grandchildren, Laura Lynette Tracy, John Hulette Tracy, Gatlin Christopher Ainsworth and Maelin Moore Ainsworth.
