He is survived by: his mother Patsy Mosher Garner Copeland; his wife Tina Garner; his children, Summer Garner Easterday (Ash), Stephanie Johnson, Derek Carter (Melissa), Christopher Carter (Jessica) and Ayden Johnson; his siblings, Mary Garner Money, Judy Garner Arnold, Robert "Buster" Garner (Vickie) and Sedera "Sissy" Garner Jeansonne (Rodney); his close friend Mike Creel (Julie); his mother-in-law Bonnie Jones; his grandchildren, Abella Johnson, Journie Johnson, Jamine Carter, Zachery Carter, Faith Carter, Gracie Carter, Elizabeth Carter and C. J. Carter; and his nieces and nephews, George Money, Jr., Jason Garner, Angel Moore, Rebecca Duncan, Mandi Bauserman, Crystal Wilson, Twila Golt and Shanda Collins. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, and friends.
