He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Nelson Kemp and Carol Lee Vensel. He is survived by: his sons, John Thomas Kemp and Joshua Stephen Kemp of Hattiesburg; his brothers, Greg Kemp of Louisville, MS. and Billy Kemp of Knoxville, TN; and his stepmother Jean Kemp.
