He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Ota Mohawk and Hazel Smith Mohawk; his wife Cathy Mohawk; his granddaughter Amanda Lundy; and his brother Hiawatha "Bob" Mohawk (Myrtis).
He is survived by: his children, Angel Dement (Butch) and Jason Mohawk (Tanya); his grandchildren, Nathan Lundy, Katy Stringer (Nathan), Robert Dement, Emma Holland (Cade), Ben Mohawk and Chance Mohawk; and his great grandchild Mia Holland.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Hulett-Winstead Funeral Home (205 Bay St, Hattiesburg, MS 39401). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
