She is survived by: her husband James Gist; her children, Linda Gale Kennedy (Timothy), Thomas McCardle (Jan), James McCardle and Edward McCardle (Kimberly); her stepdaughters, Jamie Lewis (Brian) and Sue Barnes (Kenneth); and her siblings, Darlyne Dickson, Diane Cooley, Carolyn Jane Welford and Jack Howard. She is also survived by two grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
