She was predeceased by: her parents, LD Foles and Lucille Foles; and her siblings, Dale Foles, Leon Dean Foles, Doris Trussell and Anna Lou Gray.

She is survived by: her children, Tony Phillips (Kelli), Rusty Phillips and Angie Phillips (Milton Adams III); her grandchildren, Peyton Phillips, Peri Phillips, Jana Phillips, Jameson Phillips, Jacob Phillips (Rachel), Adam Phillips (Hannah McPeters) and Rayne Adams; her great grandchild Elias Phillips; and her brother Lance Foles (Lenka).
