He is survived by: his wife Betty Riggs of Petal; his children, Tim Riggs (Kim) of Dixie Community and Jurea Purvis (Terry) of Oak Grove; his stepchildren, Brad Steed (Dawn) of Dixie Community, Melissa Trussell (Mark) of Oak Grove and Tonya Clark of Petal; and his siblings, Martha Slider (Don) of Georgia and William Guy Riggs, Jr. (Lee) of Florida. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren.
