He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Revels and Mary Revels. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Revels; his children, Ernest England (Leslie), James England and Patsy Smith; his grandchildren, Megan Riley, Gwendolyn England, Christian Smith, Elijah Hilton and Scarlett England; and his brothers, Robert Revels and T. C. Revels.
