He was predeceased by: his parents, Mordaunt Hamilton, and Jewel Hamilton, Sr.; his sister Virginia Sigrest; and his stepson Jimmy Hutchison. He is survived by: his wife Pat Hamilton of Petal, MS; his children, Mordaunt W. "Chipper" Hamilton, III (Connie) of Petal, MS, Jeff Hamilton (Dorie) of Runnelstown, MS and Becky Cantrelle (Dave) of San Jose, CA; his stepson Vince Hutchinson (Tondra) of Camas, WA; and his stepgrandchildren, Izzy Hutchinson and Aaron Hutchinson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Hulett-Winstead Funeral Home (205 Bay St, Hattiesburg, MS 39401). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hulett-Winstead Funeral Home Chapel (205 Bay St, Hattiesburg, MS 39401).
