He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton LeBlanc and Miriam LeBlanc; his daughter Tina Bond; and his siblings, Newton LeBlanc, Jr., Ronnie LeBlanc and Mary Lou Perecish.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie LeBlanc; his children, Tom LeBlanc, Jr., Angela Lewis (Stephen) and Lynda Guelker (David); his grandchildren, Alexandria Lewis, Stephen Lewis, Jr. (Jessie), Anna Rose Cook (Conner), Kayleigh Thornton, Ashely Taft, Bradley Taft and Kristina Overstreet; and his great grandchildren, Vivian Rose Cook, Alora Taft, Warren Taft, Neo Taft, Kyle Taft, Emily Taft, Darla Ann Overstreet, Layla Kay Overstreet and Maria Lyn Overstreet.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary (870 Howard Ave, Biloxi, MS 39530). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Wounded Warrior Project in Deacon Tom's memory.
