He was predeceased by: his parents, Bilbo, Sr. McNeel and Dorothy Massey McNeel; and his parents-in-law, Earl and Norma Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Becky T. McNeel of Pheba; his children, Christy M. Latham (Brad) of Stewart and Coby McNeel (Mary Katherine) of Mantee; his grandchildren, Brynn Latham Harvey (Bailey) of Eupora, Hanna Latham of Destin, Wyatt Latham of Stewart, Burklee and Grayson McNeel of Mantee; his great grandchildren, Bryar and Beckett Harvey of Eupora; his siblings, Diane Cole (Barry) of Mathiston, Merline White (Danny) of Pheba, Betty Walker (Teddy) of Mantee and Tommy McNeel (Michelle) of Mantee; and his sister-in-law Kay Davidson of Pheba. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
