He is survived by: his wife Jodie Neese Cottles; his children, Shelby Sansing (Tim), Brianna Cottles and Ethan Cottles (Hannah); his stepdaughters, Chrissy Baysinger (James), Corie Williamson (Phillip) and Cassidy Skinner Burkhalter (Cameron); his grandchildren, Haygen, Hadleigh, Logan, Millie Jo, Kolson, Georgia Grace, Rowdy, Sadie Claire, Ryleigh and Mac; his mother Linda Breland Blanks; his aunt Ann Breland; and his siblings, Billy Breland Jr. (Teri) and Lisa Webb (Ben). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hope Baptist Church (13001 MS-488, Philadelphia, MS 39350). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
