He is survived by: his brother Harold Oaks (Ima Jean); his daughter Roxanne (Larry); and his grandchildren, Amber Stuckman (Johnny), Adam Ward, Ashley Ward and Austin Child. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; as well as many close friends.
