It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda Moore Williamson (Philadelphia, Mississippi), who passed away on April 22, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Tommy Williamson; her daughters, Alicia Williamson Voge and Polly Ann Williamson; her mother Bernice Moore; and her siblings, Evelyn Houston and James Moore.
She is survived by: her daughter T. J.; her sons-in-law, John Shappley and Brian Voge; her siblings, Oneva Rowzee and Reuben; her sisters-in-law, Fay Moore and Elaine Moore; and her grandchildren, Dalton Voge (Lexie), Sabrina Voge, Payton Voge, Will Shappley and Caroline Shappley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Glenda's honor to the Youth and Children's Ministry of Hope Baptist Church at 12981 Hwy 488, Philadelphia, MS 39350 or to The ARC of Southeast Mississippi at P.O. Box 18800 Hattiesburg, MS 39404.
