He was predeceased by: his parents, Derwood Evans and Ima Lee Bridges Sebren; his wife Frances Evans; and his brothers, Bobby Wayne Evans, Eddie Lee Evans and Ernest Dean Sebren.
He is survived by: his children, Tracey Fulton (Michael) of Mocksville, NC, Stephanie Cheatham (Chris) of Philadelphia, MS and Stephen Hope Evans of Dallas, TX; his sisters, Carol Ann Stalnacker of Hayden, AL and Gail Booker of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Garrett Fulton (Jessie), Leslie Early (Todd), Cody Cheatham (Robin), Casea Cheatham and Cate Cheatham; and his great grandchildren, Autumn Fulton, Weston Cheatham, Emma Grace Fulton, Eric Early, Waylon Fulton, Kinsley Cheatham, Connor Early and Margaret Early.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery East Park. A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
