He was predeceased by: his father Johnnie Lou Jolly; and his father-in-law Richard Smith. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Smith; his daughter Tracy Blocker (Harold) of Madison; his granddaughter Chelsea Rae Thurman (Tyler) of Meridian; his nephew Todd Jolly (Nikki) of Philadelphia; his siblings, Gary Jolly (Brenda) and Cheryl Lancaster; and his mother-in-law Eva Jean Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Gideon's International, Good Hope Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, Linwood Baptist Church or New Harmony Baptist Church.
