He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Culberson Payne and Herbert Payne; his stepson Tony Clutts; and his siblings, Penny Payne and Ronald Payne.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Payne of Salem, Arkansas; his daughter Tamisha Anderson of Troy, Illinois; his grandson Karsen Anderson; and his nieces and nephews, Wendy Jacobs, Jessica Yarbrough, Amber Blair, Crystal Vetter, Justin Payne, Regan Robinson and Shane Duvall.
