Amanda Meria Runnels Brevelle Obituary

Amanda Meria Runnels Brevelle (54) of Picayune went home to be with the Lord on Friday May 30, 2024.On November 30, 1969. Amanda was born to parents Billy Ray Runnels and Deborah Hebert Runnels.

She was a nature lover who loved gardening, arts and crafts, and was very handy and skillful. She was a wonderful wife, proud mother, loving grandmother, and sister.

Amanda was known to be very effervescent and exuberant. When she walked into a room you knew it. She was known to take lots of chances, love hard, be very forgiving and was not afraid to speak her mind.

She is preceded in death by her father Billy Ray Runnels, daughter Hope Diane Gary Richard, uncle David Runnels, Reverend and Mrs. AA. Hebert Sr., grandparents Oscar and Ruby Runnels, and Brother-in-Law Wayne Brevelle.

Amanda's memory will be cherished by her loving husband Scott Brevelle, mother Deborah Cormier, son Wade Delahoussaye Jr., daughters Holly Christine Norred, Heather Meria Gary, Harley Michelle Delahoussaye, Karley Ann Delahoussaye Bourque, sisters Patricia Ann Runnels (Trond Aniksdal), Sharon Denise Richard; Nephews Jace Brevelle and Billy Taylor; Neice Samantha Taylor; Brother-in-law Joey (Shelly) Brevelle; Sister-in-law Belinda Weeks (Wille Harthon) and Tonya (Frank); and a host of grandchildren.
