He is survived by: his wife Mary Hooper Lavinghouse; his children, Matthew Lavinghouse, Sarah Morton (Alexander) and Nikki Anderson (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Ember Anderson, Grayson Anderson and Gideon Anderson; and his sister Michelle Smith (Dustin).
