He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Leland Lee and Annie Ruth Lee; his wife Patricia Darlene Lee; his son David "Chip" Lee, Jr. (Michael); and his brother Donald Ray Lee.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Mindi Marie Glidewell (Jeremy), Randa Kay Craig (Bo) and Renee Kameron Simon (Brock); his great grandchildren, Raegan Lee Fazende (Brody), Rainey Darlene Lee, Smith (McKay), Hayes Michael Craig, Ellis Lee Simon and Parker Kate Craig; and his great great grandchildren, Asher Layne Fazende and Emery Rayne Fazende.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the New Palestine Cemetery (2336 Palestine Rd, Picayune, MS 39466).
