He was predeceased by: his parents, James Knight and Hattie Yvonne Jones Knight; and his sister Cindy Knight. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Vedros (Brandon) and Jacob Edward Knight; his grandchildren, Dawson, Peyton, Rowan, Trenton Vedros and Brody Serpas; the mother of his children Becky Knight; and his siblings, Nina Barron (Michael) and Henry "Bunk" Knight. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
