He was predeceased by : his wife Betty Carol Hembree; his former life partner Judy Marie Ducote; and his parents, Delbert Hembree and Gladys Credor Hembree. He is survived by : his children, Melissa Guillory (Brad), Gaye Knott (Robert), Gerald Michael Guthrie (Teresa), Diana Carol Viola (Gene) and Pamela Sherrie Schaubhut; and his siblings, Don Hembree, Danny Hembree (Sharon) and Glenda Pope (Jim). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
