He was predeceased by: his parents, Isreal David Rouse and Marion "Mitzi" Tate Stockstill; his grandson David Anthony Rouse; and his great grandchild Karley Cazaux. He is survived by: the mother of his children Marguarette Dale Stockstill Rouse; his children, Raymond "Ronnie" Ronald Rouse (Lauren) and Teresa Janelle Neal (Christopher); his granddaughters, Christine Stockstill, Heather Call and Brittany Asher; his grandson-in-law Steve Asher; his grandson Brandon Rouse; his granddaughters-in-law, Diamond Rouse and Ashley McVey; his grandchildren, Cady Bales and Carter Johnson; his great grandchildren, Kaden Cazaux, Mason Deshotel, Brylie Miller, Tristen Pervel, Rylan Asher, Heath Browder, Gracie Rouse, Rhettlynn Rouse, Zaylie Call, Marley Asher, Ruthie Rouse and Brody Anthony Rouse; and his sister Janice Rouse Picard.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Resurrection Life Worship Center (795 Memorial Blvd, Picayune, MS 39466). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Palestine Cemetery (2336 Palestine Rd, Picayune, MS 39466).
